Tranquil hill side location, set within its own grounds, encompassed with pine trees and beautiful alpine scenery. Within easy reach of Slovenia's many tourist attractions and activities. Comfortably furnished lounge with Satellite TV, DVD (large selection of movies), Netflix subscription, WiFi internet and a log stove for those cosy evenings in. The master bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite WC/shower room. The family bedroom contains 4 single beds and balcony overlooking the Kamnik Alps. Fully equipped kitchen/diner with patio door leading out onto the terrace. Outdoor space with terrace, garden, barbecue, seating and games areas. Large south facing terrace for al-fresco dining and soaking up the mountain views. Full cleaning prior to arrival and on departure.** Please note that the stairs in the chalet are quite steep so may not be suitable for very young children or those with mobility issues**

The chalet is set in a tranquil hillside hamlet with views over the valley and a backdrop of alpine meadows and mountains.
Parking
Private parking is available for 2 cars on the driveway.
A large double bed in the master bedroom
The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has the benefit of an en-suite wc and shower.
Four single beds in the family bedroom
The second bedroom is on the top floor and has the benefit of a balcony overlooking the mountains and valley below.
Kitchen/diner
A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven & hob, microwave, toaster and coffee machine, the washing machine is located in the utility room on the ground floor. A dining area overlooking the terrace with seating for up to 6 people.
Open plan living
The lounge area has a comfortable sofa seating up to 6 people, a flat screen T.V., DVD's, Netflix and a log burning stove for those cosy evenings in.
South facing terrace and garden
A large South facing terrace with views of the valley below and majestic alpine mountains. Several seating and dining areas on the terrace and in the garden for both sunshine and shade along with a BBQ area for those alfresco meals.
Two WC/shower rooms
The first is on the middle floor and the second is the en-suite to the lower floor bedroom.
Entertainment
40" flat screen smart T.V. with a Netflix subscription. DVD player with a large selection of DVD's and a Google Nest Audio. A selection of good old fashioned board games for those cosy evenings in and unlimited WiFi usage.
PURE SLOVENIA RATES
Booking direct with us (the chalet owners) guarantees the best rates possible with no rental agency commission charges, the price below is for full use of the chalet for up to 6 guests and includes VAT, Tourist Tax, all linen, towels, electricity, gas, water and wood for the log burning stove.

Please note that additional guests will be charged at a rate of €10 per guest per night. This is to cover the local tourist tax, additional electricity, wood, gas, water, linen etc. along with preparation and cleaning.
A €200 security deposit is payable per booking, which will be refunded in full should there be no damage to the chalet or its contents on checkout.
Local tourist tax is included in the price.
A 25% deposit will secure your reservation, the balance due 30 days before check in.
