The safety and well being of our guests remains our top priority. We are closely following government instructions and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and local health officials.
Reservation Options
We have temporarily adjusted our cancellation policies to waive all fees and penalties for guests affected by closure due to Covid 19.
Should Chalet Pure Slovenia not be available for rentals due to extended Covid-19 restrictions, or if Slovenian law prohibits you visiting our area, then we would also waive any fees and issue full refunds for any future reservations (in this case refunds would be issued 24 hours prior to check-in date).
We hope the above information and relaxed cancellation policies provides reassurance that should you wish to go ahead and make a reservation for the near future you may do so here without fear of your stay being cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions without a refund being issued
Guests who booked through an online travel agent or other third party, such as Vrbo.com, should contact their booking provider for information on their policies and for assistance.
