The master bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite WC/shower room.
The family bedroom contains 4 single beds and balcony overlooking the Kamnik Alps.
Fully equipped kitchen/diner with patio door leading out onto the terrace.

Please note that the stairs in the chalet are quite steep so may not be suitable for very young children or those with mobility issues
The chalet has now been equipped with solar panels and a 15kWh battery,
which also serves as a whole-house UPS in case of a power outage.

The chalet is set in a tranquil hillside hamlet with views over the valley and a backdrop of alpine meadows and mountains.
Parking
Private parking is available for 2 cars.
A large double bed in the master bedroom
The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has the benefit of an en-suite wc and shower.
Four single beds in the family bedroom
The second bedroom is on the top floor and has the benefit of a balcony overlooking the mountains and valley below.
Kitchen/diner
A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven & hob, microwave, toaster and coffee machine, the washing machine is located in the utility room on the ground floor. A dining area overlooking the terrace with seating for up to 6 people.
Open plan living
The lounge area has a comfortable sofa seating up to 6 people, a flat screen TV, DVD's, Netflix and a log burning stove for those cosy evenings in.
South facing terrace and garden
A large South facing terrace with views of the valley below and majestic alpine mountains. Several seating and dining areas on the terrace and in the garden for both sunshine and shade along with a BBQ area for those alfresco meals.
Two WC/shower rooms
The first is on the middle floor and the second is the en-suite to the master bedroom.
Entertainment
40" flat screen smart TV with a Netflix subscription. DVD player with a large selection of DVD's and a Google Nest Audio. A selection of good old fashioned board games for those cosy evenings in and unlimited WiFi usage via a 1Gb optical connection.
Comfort
Air conditioning unit in the family bedroom to keep the bedroom and lounge areas cooler in hot weather.

Prices include local tourist tax, sales tax, electricity, gas, wood (for the stove), water, towels, bed linen etc.
Also included are basic supplies (cooking oil, tea, coffee, etc) and shower gel/soap.
The minimum booking is for 3 nights and we offer a 10% discount for a stay of 7 nights or more.
