What data do we collect?

- Name
- Date of birth
- Sex
- Nationality
- Passport/ID Card Number
How do we collect your data?
Your personal identification information is provided to us by the online booking agent when you book a stay in our chalet.
The personal identification information of chalet guests is provided by you via our website prior to your arrival at the chalet.
How will we use your data?
We collect data so that we can:
- Prepare a tax invoice for your stay at our chalet
- Calculate and pay the correct Tourist and Promotion Tax to the local authority
- Provide guest information to the government of Slovenia
We are obliged by law to provide the personal identification information of all chalet guests before your arrival at the chalet to the Government of Slovenia. More information can be found here: https://www.ajpes.si/
Your personal identification information is printed on your invoice. A copy of your invoice will be passed to our accountant for accounting purposes only.
We do not share guest personal identification information with any other company, organisation or person.
How do we store your data?
Your data is securely stored on an encrypted and password protected server at our head office. It is only stored locally and not copied to any "cloud" computer.
We will keep all data provided to us for a maximum of one year.. Once this time period has expired your data will be completely removed from our database.
Marketing
We do not use your data for marketing purposes. We do not provide your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
What are your data protection rights?
We would like to ensure that you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Everyone whose data we collect is entitled to the following:
